5. Payments, Sponsorships, and Refunds
- Paid access may be purchased directly or via sponsorship. Prices and taxes may vary by region.

- Sponsorships do not grant sponsors access to private member data unless explicitly consented by the member.
6. Course Access and Availability
- We may modify, add, or remove courses or features at any time.
- Access may be time-limited depending on purchase type or sponsorship terms.
7. Acceptable Use
- No illegal, harmful, harassing, or infringing activity.
- No unauthorized sharing, scraping, or reverse engineering.
- No uploading of content you do not have rights to use.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all content, branding, and software, is owned by PathWell or its licensors and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
